Welcome to Sonoma Party Bus. By accessing or using our website and brokerage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform acts as an intermediary between you (the "Client") and luxury transportation providers (the "Operator").

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sonoma Party Bus. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted directly on this page.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the selected Operator. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your requested vehicle and date.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 14-29 days will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.
• Cancellations within 13 days of the event are subject to a 100% charge.

Sonoma Party Bus reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value in the rare event of mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the original Operator.

Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior toward chauffeurs and staff. The following are strictly prohibited on all luxury vehicles:

Sonoma Party Bus acts solely as a broker and does not own or operate the transportation vehicles. Therefore, Sonoma Party Bus shall not be held liable for any injuries, property damage, or delays caused by the independent Operators.

Clients assume all risks associated with their event. We recommend reviewing the specific liability insurance and safety certifications of the assigned Operator, which are available upon request.

"Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience, but legal responsibility for transport remains with the service provider."

Final payment is typically due 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Overtime charges, if applicable, are billed at the Operator's hourly rate in 30-minute increments and will be charged to the card on file.
